10. Special Weapon (Utility Belt):  The utility belt is one of the foremost items in the Batman's arsenal against crime. He is continuously updating and improving its contents (spending Inventing Points to do so). The following items are just examples of what can be found:

        a. Batarang: Range 78", +3 to Hit, HTH+1d6 Damage. It can be attached to a line (also stored in the utility belt -- see Batline Reel) and used as a bola (attacks as a special attack; there is a 2% chance per HP of damage (calculate damage as normal but it is used only to determine entanglement) that the particular area of the body has been immobilized).
        b. Batline Reel: Super resilient and ultra compact cable (Structural Rating of 12). Batman can use his batline to swing from building to building at a speed of 25 mph (110" Swinging). 50 charges. Each use (either as a swingline, or with the batarang) costs 1 charge.
        c. Fingerprint Dusting Equipment
        d. Infra-red Flashlight/Goggles: His contacts allow him to see in darkness as well as daylight.
        e. Laser Torch: Attacks as Light Control if used as a weapon, Range 1", 2d8 Damage, 32 charges per recharge.
        f. Lockpick Tools
        g. Micro-Cassette/CD/MP3 Recorder
        h. Micro-Processor Power Source: He may run any electrical equipment from this power source (60 charges until recharge).
        i. Miniature Camera
        j. Plastic Explosives: Range 52", 1d20 Damage, Blast Radius 3", 12 charges.
        k. Rebreathing Apparatus (Water Breathing Device)
        l. Smoke Capsules: Range 52", Attacks as Darkness Control, Blast Radius 4", 24 charges.
        m. Tear-Gas Capsules: Range 52", Attacks as Chemical Power, Blast Radius 5". Those within the blast radius must make a saving throw vs. Endurance on percentage dice or suffer a -4 to hit and Damage penalty and 2d10 damage to their power score. The penalties of failed saving throws are cumulative as long as the person stays withing the tear-gas cloud.
