Powers:
1. Body Power (Energy Conversion):  Black Bolt can harness "free floating electrons" and transform it into energy. Black Bolt is considered to have twice the normal amount of Power (this represents his automatic draining of local free electrons) and with the cost of movement only, he can replenish spent power at his Healing Rate per turn (Total Power: 196, "regenerate" 4 points of Power per movement phase spent). This additional Power reserve only works on the following powers:
        a. Absorption (Electrical Energy): For every point of electrical "damage", Black Bolt gains 2 points of additional Power. Black Bolt must release all absorbed power by the end of 10 turns (his body cannot hold the additional charge after that length of time).
        b. Body Power (Hyper-Strength): Per turn, he can spend 10 PR to double his Carrying Capacity (to a maximum of 60 tons/60 PR). His Basic HTH Damage increases in relation to his Carrying Capacity.
        c. Flight: Black Bolt can achieve speeds up to 2200" (500 mph); PR 2/hour; he cannot shift into "hyper-flight".
        d. Force Field: Force Screen Only. Black Bolt can surround himself with a field of highly-active electrons (as per the normal rules of Force Field).
        e. Heightened Senses (Energy Detection): Black Bolt can detect electrical or magnetic signals automatically within a radius of 32" (E"). Up to ranges of 64" (Ex2"), he must make a Detect Hidden roll to succeed in detecting such signals.
        f. Illusions (Type B): Solid Energy Constructs. Black Bolt's "creation points" equal his current "Body Power (Energy Conversion)" Power score. This power works as described except that Black Bolt cannot create animated constructs.
        g. Lightning Control: Black Bolt can emit electrons from his hands. Range 64" (Ex2"), 3d8 Damage, PR 6/blast. Black Bolt cannot electrify his own body (does not gain Lightning Control Defense). He cannot take control of electrical devices but he can attempt to short them out.
        h. Vibratory Powers: Black Bolt's merest whisper can create a powerful semi-sonic/vibratory attack. Black Bolt cannot use Vibratory Defense. Range 104" (Ax4"), 4d8x10 Damage, PR 10/attack.
2. Body Power (Inhuman Genetics):  Black Bolt, like the rest of the Inhumans, is physically superior to normal humans due to generations of eugenics. He gains the following powers.
        a. Heightened Agility A +14
        b. Endurance A +17
        c. Heightened Strength A +12
3. Heightened Charisma A  +16
4. Natural Weaponry (HTH Training):  +4 to Hit (includes Training Bonuses) and +3 Damage (includes Training Bonuses).
5. Willpower (Type B):  Black Bolt has spent his whole life mastering the skill to remain silent (since a mere whisper will have such destructive results). He cannot be forced to speak unless he should wish it. He is immune to any power/attack/mind control/what-have-you that would try to force him to speak.
6. Weakness (Low Self-Control):  Black Bolt finds the creation of particle/electron interaction fields (aka Illusions - Type B) particularly difficult and exhausting. PR cost is x10 for all creations.
7. Weakness (Mute)  The section that controls Black Bolt's powers is connected to the speech centre of his brain. Should Black Bolt ever speak, he will unleash terrible energy. Attack as Vibratory Powers as above but times range and damage by 100! PR cost is only doubled (20).
8. Weakness (Prejudice)  Due to the Inhumans' reclusive nature, the world at large are uncertain about them.
9. Weakness (Special Requirement)  The fork-shaped antenna that Black Bolt has worn upon his brow since childhood enables him to use his Energy Conversion powers as described. Should this antenna be damaged or removed, Black Bolt cannot use any of his Energy Conversion powers. He can still use his vocal cords to access his power but with destructive results (see the Mute weakness).
It requires a Special Attack to target the antenna. Should the antenna be hit, there is a chance it may be damaged. Percentage of damaging it equals the same for a successful headshot (unconscious roll x4).
Also in the comics, it has been shown that if Black Bolt's antenna gets damage, it will slowly drive him mad (d100 save on Int or else become delurious) as his power builds up without being able to release it.
10. Weakness (Vulnerability)  Due to the Inhumans' isolated environment, they are particularly vulnerable to earthly diseases and pollution. When exposed to such conditions, an Inhuman must make an End (x2) save on d100 or fall sick. Reed Richards (aka Mr Fantastic) has created a serum that negates this weakness. For this serum to be effective, it must be taken daily.

Origin and Background: (Inhuman)  Black Bolt was born to two of Attilan’s top geneticists, Agon, head of the ruling Council of Genetics, and Rynda, director of the Prenatal Care Center. Subjected to the mutagenic Terrigen Mist while still an embryo, Bolt was born with strange powers surpassing even the Inhumans’ norm. As an infant, he demonstrated certain energy-manipulative abilities which he could not yet control, particularly that of producing quasi-sonic energy of great destructive potential. To protect the community, he was placed inside a sound-proofed chamber and given an energy-harnessing suit. There he was schooled in the art of controlling his powers until the age of nineteen, when he was permitted to enter society.
A month after being awarded his freedom, Black Bolt discovered his younger brother Maximus in the process of making a treacherous pact with emissaries of the alien Kree. Attempting to stop the Kree ship before it escaped, Bolt used the forbidden power of his quasi-sonic voice to knock the ship out of the sky. When the ship crashed to Earth, it landed on the parliament, killing several key members of the Council of Genetics, including his parents, Agon and Rynda. The reverberations of his brother’s shout affected Maximus’s sanity and suppressed his nascent mental powers. Despite his guilt and silent protests, Black Bolt was obligated to accept the mantle of leadership of the Inhumans at age twenty.
Black Bolt’s first crisis in leadership came when his cousin Triton was briefly held captive by humans. Learning of Triton’s encounter upon his escape , Black Bolt decided that the Inhuman’ island of Attilan was in imminent danger of discovery by humanity. Black Bolt scouted out possible sites to which to move, and settled upon the remote Himalayan mountains. After the great migration, Black Bolt faced his second great crisis when his now mad brother Maximus unleashed the Trikon, three of the Inhumans’ worker drones who were transformed into energy-beings. The Trikon enabled Maximus to wrest the rule of the Inhuman from his brother and send Black Bolt and the other members of the Royal Family into exile. For the next few years, Black Bolt and his kinsmen wandered Asia, Europe, and finally America, in search of Medusa, his betrothed mate, who had been separated from the others during the battle with the Trikon. Eventually Black Bolt was reunited with Medusa and the Royal Family returned to Attilan and resumed the crown.
Black Bolt has led the Inhumans through some of the most turbulent times in their history, including several more attempts by Maximus to usurp the throne, revolts by the worker class, attacks by human renegades, the kidnapping of Medusa, the destruction and rebuilding of Attilan, the revelation of the Inhuman existence to humanity, and finally the second relocation of Attilan. Following the traditionally lengthy period of betrothal, Black Bolt and Medusa were wed.
