Other Information:
Mean Streak started out as a regular corporate guy trying to get ahead by backstabbing the guy above him. That was until he found records of a company project to develop a speed formula for the military. Lars stole the necessary codes and badges to get to the formula and tried it on himself. It worked.

He destroyed all the company records on the formula, and took off across country. He takes what he wants, and there's not much people can do about it. He doesn't have any grand aspirations, but he enjoys his new life - and the personal power his abilities bring him.

Lars has long white hair that he wears loose. His costume originally consisted of a white cape over a dark blue armored body suit, but he has recently substituted a white trenchcoat for the cape.
