| World Orbital Dimensional Autonomic Network (WODAN) |
WODAN is a flying city of technological marvels. The city is a sentient Artificial Intelligence, generated by its internal computer core, created with technology salvaged from the alien starcraft that crashed on earth in 1984. WODAN drifts far above the earth's surface, slightly out of phase of our own dimension thus rendering it invisible to modern tracking methods. Only those implanted with DIVISION ZERO issued subdermal transceivers are able to locate WODAN at any given time.
WODAN is powered by a Fusion Reactor that collects moisture from the air with the aid of its four Collectors (the four "arms" that stick out from Wodan). It takes a lot of energy to maintain the ionized energy shield that hides WODAN from detection. WODAN can also power uo two Ion Pulse Cannons should the need arise.

The UNSA created the Starhawk Subspace Shuttle (low orbital shuttle with improved atmospheric capabilities) that is one of the favoured transports of Division Zero. Another favoured vehicle is the Zero Car.
