4. Special Weapon (Cold Gun):  Captain Cold uses an experimental handgun that can fire blasts of absolute zero. The gun has a set range of 50", +3 to hit bonus, 40 Charges. The freeze ray that this gun can fire has several potential effects (depending on what Captain Cold is attempting to do):
        a. Disintegration Ray: This ray freeze inanimate objects (ie walls, vault doors, so on) so they become so brittle that they break. When used on living targets, this ray causes extreme freezing which disrupts tissue on a cellular level. 1d20 Damage, PR 2 charges/shot.
        b. Ice Powers: Create ice and cold. 1d12 Damage, PR 1 charge/attack. This ray does not allow Captain Cold to generate Ice Armour.
        c. Illusions (Type B): This ray can create solid, inanimate forms of ice. Creation Points: 160, each creation point spen gives the solid illusion 1 Structural Point and 50 lbs of weight, PR 2 charges/item formed (costs only movement to do so).
