3. Mutant Power (Super-Speed): After a freak laboratory accident, Barry Allen gained the power of super-speed which allows him to do the following:
      i. Super-Speed:  The Flash can run up to the speed of light (185,000 miles per second)! The Flash's maximum combat running speed is 500 mph (2200"). Should he run any faster than that he will shift into 'hyper-running'. While 'hyper-running', the Flash no longer interacts with the world around him (i.e. passing through objects, automatic Non-Corporealness Defense, etc) and he can run over water without sinking or up vertical surfaces. +35 Initiative, PR 1/hour of running.
      ii. Dimensional Travel: When the Flash uses his Cosmic Treadmill, he can vibrate his body so it travels into other dimensions or through time (treat as Type 2 Dimensional Travel). PR 10/trip. His Intelligence is considered to be tripled for the chance to travel successfully. He can automatically return to this dimension by spending an action and revershing the vibrational process.
      iii. Invulerability: The Flash possesses an aura of unknown energy that protects him from air friction heat and other adverse effects of moving at super-speed. Invulnerability of 10 Points.
      ivi. Vibratory Powers:  By moving his arms or legs at great speeds, the Flash can create whirlwind winds that act as Vibratory Powers. Range 64", 2d8 Damage, PR 5/attack. The Flash can also vibrate his own molecular structure to pass through solid objects (PR 2/use, each inch of solid matter has a movement cost equal to its structural rating) or as defense (action to set up but no power or action cost thereafter).
