Notes: This is the version of Mastermind who fought with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants against the classic X-Men. For the Dark Phoenix era Mastermind, I would make him level 6 and he would have a "mind-tap mechanism" that allowed him to project illusions directly into the victim's mind so only he/she could see them. This device also allowed him to monitor the subject's thoughts over a great distance (Mind Control Device).
