POWERS:

1. Body Power (Mystically Altered Body): The Persian Sorcerer, Razer, would use his Black Blade of Bagdad to absorb a portion of his victim's soul. During the process, the victim's height would be reduced as he is absorbed into nothingness. Eugene Judd had the misfortune of experiencing Razer and his mystical sword. Razer began to absorb Judd's soul, and thus his height.
          Using his knowledge of mysticism, Judd was able to use the living light of his own soul to imprison Razer within his body. While Razer is imprison in Judd's body (now reduced to the size of a dwarf), he continually experiences terrible pain. He can usually focus beyond his pain, but at moments of stress he might lose his concentration and let the pain get the better of him. At the beginning of each turn of such stress (i.e. combat or extreme emotional behaviour) -- roll d100. If the number rolled is greater than Puck's current Power score, he is then wrought with pain (-4 to hit, -4 damage, +4 to be hit, and he takes 2d6 damage to his Power score). If the number is under Puck's current Power score, then he is able to master than pain and continue as normal.
          The presence of Razer trapped in his body has had a few benefits. For starters, Puck ages very slowly and is long-lived. He also retains the natural prowess and speed of his original 6-foot-tall body.

5. Mutant Power (Spinning Cartwheels Attack): To initiate Puck's spinning cartwheel attack, he must make a successful Agility (x4) save on d100. If successful, Puck attacks with a +3 bonus and does HTH +1d8 Damage (damage is considered doubled for purposes of knockback; see Section 3.2E in the V&V rulebook).
