      b. Psychokinetic Energy Detector: This hand unit measures the local PKE valences in a given area (Range: 10" radius). With a successful Int saving throw (d20), the user can detect supernatural creatures (ghosts, vampires, demons, etc.) within the unit's range. Once detected, the user can attempt to track such creatures (with another successful Int saving throw (d20)) as long as the creatures stay within the range of the PKE Detector.
6. Natural Weaponry (Intensive Combat Training): +3 to hit, +6 Damage.
7. Special Weapon (Psychokinetic Proton Generator): This heavy rifle fires energized light photons (attacks as Power Blast). Non-corporealness offers no defence against this weapon (use the initial base attack for Power Blast). Range 36", 1d20 Damage, PR 2/blast. The backpack unit contains the rifle's power battery (60 Power; recharges 1 point of power per turn). If the rifle should be disconnected from the backpack for any reason, it will hold only enough charge for one shot before coming useless. The cables connecting the rifle to the powerpack have a structural rating of 6 and can take up to 10 hps of damage before being severed.

Origin and Background: (German) Ustov is a member of the ancient and secretive organization known as the Society of Paranormal Investigation, Research, and Extermination (S.P.I.R.E.). He was adopted into the society at a young age when his father was killed by a vampire.
        The Head of Operations for S.P.I.R.E., Dr. Wilhelm Haring, tutored the young Ustov in the ways of the hunter. Ustov took quickly to his training as he strived to eliminate the evils that killed his father. He has since become one of S.P.I.R.E.'s top field agents as he travels the world in his quest to exterminate the supernatural vermin that plagues humanity's shadow.
