Added this month's cover scan -- Secret Origins #30. Also new to the House Rules & More subsection is the Charisma Counts! V&V Article (originally printed in Dragon #100) and a V&V Initiative Chart. Many thanks to SD Anderson for granting me permission to post both documents.

Updated the Division Zero page with three new "villainous" characters: Atlantean Mutant Hybrids, Black Tip Sharks, and the Killertide Technocrabs.
