| Other Information: Quill was the bizarre result of a series of twisted bio-weapons experiments. The experiments used cross-species DNA therapy, brainwashing, and advanced robotics and bionics in a deliberate attempt to create superbeings. No more is known about the enigmatic group behind these experiments. But it is rumored that they created others... Quill appears as a sort of part-robot, part spiny hedgehog sort of thing. He has long arms with talons and the ability to fire his spines at enemies. The spines also function as armor and contain a powefulr neurotoxin (paralysis attack). The transformation from human being into the... thing he is now has made him a bit unbalanced. In fact each time he has re-appeared he has been increasingly psychotic. | |
